Software Engineer

The position requires the services of an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.  The job duties, as described above, are complex involving professional responsibilities in designing, developing, and implementing a computer application system.

• Design, develop and maintain software systems to support clients’ product development, maintenance and upgrades (Overall Responsibility).

• Ensure that all deliverables meet customer requirements and specifications. Provide software solutions and assistance to improve customer’s productivity including technology upgrades and hardware recommendations (15%).

• Write programs using ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, T-SQL, PL/SQL, HTTP, HTML, XML and XSLT Programming (15%).

• Design software applications systems using object-oriented design and analysis methodology and software development processes (15%).

• Confer with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and formulate business design rules (15%).

• ·Coordinate and confer with clients to ensure efficient integration and interoperability among software systems. Create and maintain documentation and user’s guides for system use (5%).

• Develop and modify data entry forms and reports using various languages including ASP.Net, Crystal Reports and SQL Server 2000/2005 (10%).

• Load and extract software data from databases including SQL Server and/or Oracle databases using computer programming languages including SQL Enterprise Manager, and ISQL Software (10%).

• ·Analyze customer test specifications, determine testing requirements, develop test cases and software unit and functional testing (15%).

• Atleast 2 years of experience in J2EE related development. Assist with design, analysis, maintenance, documentation, and testing of software..
• The candidate shall be required to analyze, design, develop, integrate and maintain software applications.
• Code, debug, test, and document routine application program.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in RPG/400, Query/400, SQL/400, EDI Applications, SDA and SEU  skills.
• Require a minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Engineering

Senior Software Developer

Job Description Programming experience primarily in client server, web application and database development. Work experience with Object Oriented Programming using and .Net is a must. Experience with Banking or Financial applications is preferred.

• Produce design specifications or analysis to an appropriate level
• Participate in technical/design reviews where applicable
• Discuss requirements with systems analysts/technical support analysts and programmers when appropriate
• Review estimates, designs, analysis, quality assurance, code and test plans where appropriate
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing transaction processing/enterprise J2EE solutions using JSP, Servlets, EJBs, JDBC with Oracle/DB2 as database platform.
• Proven experience in implementing solutions with OOP concepts and methods like RUP.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in modeling using UML
• 1 to 2 years of experience in using XML, XML parsers, XML schema & XSLT
• SCJD/SCWCD/SCBCD/SCDJWS certification is desirable
  

Project Manager

• 5 to 6 years' experience in Project Management with Strong object oriented design and development skills. 
• Fluent in OOp concepts, methodologies and preferably experienced in full development life cycle.
• Experience with Java / .NET/ C++/ XML/UML/Corba/ Rational rose, clearcase, Visibroker, ORBIX AND RDBMS.
• Knowledge of e- commerce applications and verticals.
• Strong customer orientation/interpersonal, technical leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a project development team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and people management skills.
